Off-Peak Mode - What to expect while the shop is closed
Off-peak mode – Spring and summer 2024 at Midlands Fancy Dress
It’s all change at Midlands Fancy Dress since we closed our shop! I’ve made the decision to trial keeping our website live and so between March 16th and early September we will be in off-peak mode.
During this time orders can be placed through our website as usual but with a few changes.
Firstly, it will no longer be possible to collect from our shop as we don’t have one!
Due to our commitments with our festival stall orders will not be posted as frequently but we will be using Royal Mail 24 to ensure a speedy delivery time. All orders should now arrive in 2-5 working days. If, for any reason, delivery will be longer than this you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order.
It will not be possible to backorder items for us to order in for you through our website. If there is an item you’d like to order that is not currently in stock drop us an email at info@midlandsfancydress.co.uk to discuss current availability and timescales on deliveries. Including the product code or a screenshot of the item will help us answer your query.
